Jeremy Binkley serves as General Counsel for Humble Independent School District, providing guidance on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. With more than a decade of experience in school law and public-sector governance, he has led initiatives to strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency, and guide district leaders through complex legal challenges.

Jeremy began his career in private practice, later serving in leadership roles with Houston ISD and Spring ISD before joining Humble ISD. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
